This week we got lots of mail. Thanks to everybody who wrote in! We also got some very cute greeting cards from Blue Mountain. One was even from a puppy who wanted to audition for the BackStreet Pups! Now that's funny! Here are some of the letters we got.
Letter #1. Dear BP.com, who is this cool-looking Buster? (from a reader in California)
Excellent question! You can read more about me, Buster, in the SuperBuster section. Thanks for writing, Love Buster.
Letter #2. Dear Pinky: Have you ever considered going to law school? (from a reader in Colorado)
Excellent question! As you can probably guess from the photo above, I am a graduate of the prestigious Academy of Canine Behavior in Bothell, Washington, which would qualify me to attend many law schools. Before the Canine Academy, I had very bad behavior! I bit my owner, I bit the vet, and I bit my friend Spenny so hard she had to get stitches! I did not know it was wrong to act like that! But now I know how to be obedient. "What good is that?" you are probably asking. Well, it helps me to get treats! When my owner says "go in your crate" and I go in, she gives me a biscuit! Just for going in my comfy crate! But back to the question of law school: I think I would probably prefer to get an M.B.A., because you don't have to be very smart, and then you can go right out and be CEO of an Internet company! Thanks for writing, Love Pinky.
Letter #3. Whatever has happened to Chile the protector? Last time I saw her I stayed at her house in Olympia. (from Thelma T. Dog in Virginia)
Excellent question, Thelma! Chile lived at my farm in Washington for a while and then she moved back home with her family in Asheville, NC. She is a very excellent dog. Here is a picture of Chile protecting one of our baby goats, April. Chile loves all kinds of baby animals. Next week Chile will be writing a guest dog column about how to avoid being kicked by a horse. Ouch! Don't miss it. Thanks for writing, Love Pinky.
That's all we have time for right now, but please keep sending us your questions and we will try to answer some every week!
