PINKY'S FAVORITE LINKS! |
|
Herron Hill This is kind of a trick link, because Herron Hill is actually Pinky's farm. Besides dogs and cats, the farm is home to horses, chickens, and dairy goats. There are several different kinds of goats, but the most comical goat at Herron Hill is Baby Belle. Baby Belle was born in June 2003, and she is a Nigerian Dwarf Goat. She knows everything and the price too. Baby Belle has her own blog now, too You can see it at Blogspot. |
Kim Zumwalt Pinky's favorite photographer is Kim Zumwalt. Kim Zumwalt takes pictures of animals here on the Key Peninsula, where Pinky's farm is, and around the world. She has taken some very beautiful pictures (especially of Pinky.) Visit her site if you would like to see some fantastic animal photographs.

Gambrel Farm Gambrel Farm is also right here on the Key Peninsula. It is where the Morlangs live. Maureen Morlang raises a very beautiful kind of Austrian horse called the Haflinger. The Haflinger is a gorgeous gentle palomino horse that is ideal for children or beginning riders, but versatile enough to do just about anything. Pinky has her own Haflinger; she will be adding pictures of him soon. There are many pictures of Haflingers at work and play at Gambrel Farm; you will not be disappointed if you visit. And if you would like to see more Haflingers, you can also go to www.haflingerhorses.com. |
Fiasco Farm This is a farm in Tennessee where the owners raise dairy goats. They know EVERYTHING about dairy goats (especially the breed called Lamancha). If you are interested in learning anything about how to raise and care for dairy goats, this is a fantastic place to start. Or if you would just like to learn how to make simple cheeses at home, or goat milk fudge, or soap made from goats' milk, you can find out about it at Fiasco Farm. It is a fantastic site! |
